Known for her leadership in protocol execution and regulatory compliance, she currently oversees trial operations at Zenacare, ensuring data integrity and patient engagement across multiple therapeutic areas.
Michela Borrelli is a bilingual (English/Italian) seasoned research professional with a rich background in regulatory compliance, multi-site trials, and scientific publishing. At Zenacare, she develops SOPs, manages IRB submissions, and maintains rigorous research standards. Her previous roles at major institutions and extensive publication record position her as a key asset in driving clinical excellence.
Magdala Flerisme is a trilingual Clinical Research Coordinator fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole. She supports trial execution through participant recruitment, compliance tracking, and data management. Her background as a general practitioner and medical assistant adds depth to her role in patient engagement and study coordination.
Momina Karapetyan is a licensed APRN, FNP-C, and pharmacist with a deep background in clinical research and pharmaceutical care. At Zenacare, she ensures accurate handling and dispensing of investigational drugs, upholds regulatory standards, and supports dosing accuracy. Her broad expertise spans hormone health, wound care, and regenerative therapies.
Yordanis Suarez Pena, APRN, MSN-FNP, brings over 15 years of healthcare experience, blending his background as a physician in Latin America with U.S.-based nursing and research roles. As Sub-Investigator at Zenacare, he contributes to protocol adherence, patient safety, and clinical assessments, with specialties in IV therapy, wound care, and home health.
